The small chocolate conche/milling machine is one of the major equipments which is used for the fine grinding of chocolates, and it is also suitable for the fine grinding of soybean flour, as well as the daily used industrial chemicals for high-standard granularity. Raw maaterails:

cocoa butter, cocoa powder, cocoa liquor, sugar,lecithin,essence, etc

( please note: cocoa butter and cocoa powder should be liquid)

Processing:

1. Get ripe cocoa from cocoa pod.

2.cocoa fermentation

covering cocoas by banana leaf or cloth,keep the temperature about 50 degree, fermenting time is 3-8days, finally you could grt dark brown cocoas,moisture could reach about this way, could get better quality cocoa, and easy to get cocoa nibs for following processing.

3.Roasting

Final moisture could reach about 3%,you could get best quality cocoa nibs for grinding.

4.Grinding

Grind above roasted cocoa nibs into cocoa cocoa melting temperature is about 23 degree, if lower than this, you could get solid type.cocoa liquor

5.pressing to get cocoa butter

Before pressing, heat above paste for several minutes based on 55 degree,by this way, you could get cocoa powder and butter(white color).their melting temperature is about 25 degree, if lower than this, their type is solid as follows:

6. final refining conching process:

Put obove mentioned raw materials into the machine, after grinding for about 20h,you could get final chocolate paste for furhter process.
