Function f the equipment has punching, shearing, bending embossing and so on. Three units can woke at the same time. Angle of bending adopt CNC method. Punching and shearing adopt double pillar structure with copper sheathing of orientation. Press of punching and shearing is 500KN, Max. size of busbar is 20*260(mm) (thickness* width).

1. Equipped NC control of bending angle makes the bending work easy and accurate. Through changing die ,it can bend level bending and vertical bending.

2. The punching unit change die conveniently , operation is easy. Punching and shearing oil cylinder is 160 mm. Pressure is 50 tonsã€‚

3. The shearing adopts punching shear. Verticality of transverse plane can be ensured.

4. PLC control , The hydraulic oil-filling and releasing is done automatically .
