HMG100/250-PBD super low coal shearer is a new type machiner for mechanized coal mining working face and high-grade mechanized coal mining working face. It’s a super low AC chain haulage off-pan shearer driven with mult-motor and with large power. This coal shearer is driven by four motors of which the power of sides cutting motors are 100kw and the sides traction motors are 25kw. The total installation power is 250kw and the traction is large with double traction motor drive structure. It is applicable to the 0.80-1.60m thickness of coal seam and non-metal deposits that is dip angle is ≤45°,coal property is medium-hard ( f ≤3.5) . The longwall shearer can work with metal friction props or single hydraulic props and metal hinge top beam to be the mechanized working face and high-grade mechanized coal mining working face. Also it can work with low coal hydraulic props supporting to the fully mechanized working face.
