Free span Film Metallizing machine (Model HF) has a special design of film suspended in the middle of two rollers. The free span metallizing machine has the features of high pumping speed, large free air capacity, exnt vacuum condition, few energy consumption, easy operation and maintenance as well as stable performance.
It is the major application for the machine to metallize an Aluminum coating on the roll plastic films such as CPP, PET,BOPP and PA with thickness Max.30 microns and Min.6 microns. They are the major application for the metallized materials such as food packaging films, rmacy packaging films, or cigarette packaging films, transfer Aluminum films, anti-counterfeiting laser films and hot stamping foils.
1)With a high quality Siemens PLC microprocessor and a Siemens color touch screen size 12 inches, Siemens probibus as well all digital operation parameters. Machine control program based on humanity.
2)Powerful pumping section has the feature of high pumping speed owing to the large capacity pumps with double Poly-colds so it can keep exnt vacuum condition under any climate environment. Siemens PLC runs and controls the whole pumping section automatically.
3) New design of free span metallizing in winding section achieves free of guide edge wrinkle on metallized films. There is no spatter of Aluminium dross during metallizing. New design of winding section achieves change metallized film roll quickly and increase much more production greatly. And the multi-spread design make metallized films much more smooth and much better in quality. Better cooling result, lower metallizing temperature and quicker working speed in the machine because of two chill rollers.
