This equipment produced by Shandong Head are mainly composed by the grate furnace body,burner,cooling jacket,grate cooling pipe,cooler,explosion-proof film,etc.We use special furnace structure and rapid heat transfer technology to make heat transfer more quickly.
The burner is mainly composed of grate lamp holder and lamp quartz lamp.The grate lamp holder is used for delivery of hydrogen and chlorine.The lamp we used is made by high purity quartz and has three tube type structure which lead to the mixture of chlorine and hydrogen much more uniform and the burning much more thoroughly to ensure the high quality of HCL and “0†free chlorine content(Uses oxygen reduction method to measure).
The cooling jacket is made of carbon steel,and it has good safety.When the cooling medium is suddenly interrupted,the medium can still guarantee the temperature of the furnace in a long time.
