PROCESS | |
A. Clean | Clean intended application area thorough |
B. Layout | Outarea where the marking will be placed using titanium dioxide |
C. Apply primer | Apply the appropriate amount of primer needed for the surface |
D. Melt | Heat paint to be melted using pre-heater |
E. Position A | Pour melted paint into big container of road marking machine |
Position B | Pour glass beads into small container of road marking machine |
F. Mark | Mark thermoplastic g road marking machine |
G. Cool | Thermoplastic cool within a period of time |
ATTENTION |
A. Ensure road surface is stable, dry and clean |
B. It is better to apply above 0°C |
C. Heating paint in the pre-heater should be between 180-220 °C |
D. Lift the heating temperature properly when working in a low temperature environment |
E. Mixing the melted paint evenly and keeping it warm for 3-5 mins before marking the road |
F. Allow primer to dry before applying paint |
