Q: 1. Are you a trading company or factory?A: We are a factory located in Dongguan of over 20 years history.

Q: 2. Do you have a MOQ?A: It depends on what the customers need and how complicated of the design.

Q: 3. Could you design for the customers?A: Sorry, customers had better provide their own artwork.

Q: 4. If I don't have any courier account, could you help me about the shipping?A: Yes, of course. We have long-term cooperative shipping company which give us nice discount on shipping cost.Â

Q: 5. How many colors can I design on the artwork?A: We can provide 12 colors for the embroidery pacth, but usually 12 colors charge more. 8 color is in the usual situtation.

Q: 6. How long can I get my sample and bulk?A: Sampling is done in 3-5 days and shipping time is about 3-7 days, so you will get the sample in 6-12 days. Bulk needs 7-15 working days and 3-7 days for shipment, so 10-22 days is needed.

Q: 7. How can you assure the quality?A: Before mass production, we will send samples for confirm. And we have 100% full inspection before we ship the goods.
