EN854-3TE Hydraulic Hose with Two Layers of Textile Fiber Braid Reinforcement

CONSTRUCTION:

This hose shall consist of an oil and water resistant synthetic rubber lining,two of suitable textile yarn and an oil and weather resistant synthetic rubber cover.

APPLICATION:

Hydraulic fluids in accordance with ISO6743-4 with the exception of HRD R, HFD S, and HFD T at temperature range of -40℃~+70℃.

EN854-3TE hydraulic hose:

is used to handle hydraulic fluids in accordance with ISO6743-4 with the exception of HRDR, HFDS and HFDT at the temperature range of -40 °C to +100 °C. It is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. Tube is made from oil and water resistant synthetic rubber, making hose have exnt performance in delivering hydraulic fluids. Reinforcement is made from two layers of high tensile textile fiber braid, making hose have solid structure and suitable for high working pressure environment. Cover is made from synthetic rubber, which is highly resistant to oil, abrasion, weather and ozone.
