Screening sequence of vibrating screen

The sieving sequence of the vibrating screen:

1. The overlapping method refers to the screening of material from coarse to fine. In the screening process from coarse to fine, the sieve surface of the vibrating screen overlaps one by one, the sieve hole of the top layer is the largest, and the sieve holes of the following layers gradually decrease. This screening sequence is usually applied to a brating screen.

2. The combined method is also called mixed screening. In the process of combined screening, part of the sieve surface is arranged from coarse to fine, and some of the sieves are arranged from thin to coarse. In the production practice, the circular vibrating screen usually uses this screening sequence.

3. Sequence method refers to the screening of material from fine to coarse. For the convenience of maintenance, it is easy to observe the working conditions of each layer of vibrating screen. In the process of screening from fine to coarse, the screen can be arranged in sequence in order of the increase of sieve holes. In addition, the sieving sequence is often used in single axis vibrating screen, so that the material can be discharged along the length of the entire screen surface.
