Sunz Mould is a professional mould manufacturer specializing in designing and making plastic injection moulds, zinc & aluminum alloy casting moulds, and relevant products including automotive parts and accessories, household electrical appliance parts, instruments manufacturing. It has a complete set of machining equipments like CNC machining equipment, vacuum molding machines from Taiwan, laser marking equipment, laser cutting machines, EDM, CNC millings, CNC grinders, CNC lathes, deep hole drilling machines for opening mould. And injection molding machines, die casting machines for parts and products manufacturing. It can provide product idea design solution, mould design, mold manufacturing, mold maintenance, and OEM service.

Sunz has new standard industrial 2,000 square meters plant. It has possess 160T and 360T plastic injection machines for trial mold and producing plastic products in small amounts, and 280T and 400T die-casting machines for trial mold and zinc alloy and aluminium alloy product manufacturing. Besides, it has built a supporting factory in Jinzhou for casting, with CNC centers and CNC lathes for the aluminium products processing.
