Two main functions and machine features:

1. Power drive system:

(1) The radial loading adopts servo electric cylinder loading, the maximum loading force is 5KN, the loading frequency is 0-2Hz, and the continuous adjustable. The whole test process is controlled by computer servo and force closed loop, and the force loading curve and loading frequency can be displayed in real time. The size of the loading force and test frequency can be set directly in the control software.

(2) The axial loading adopts servo electric cylinder loading, the maximum loading force is 3KN, the loading frequency is 0-2Hz, and the continuous adjustable. The whole test process is controlled by computer servo and force closed loop, and the force loading curve and loading frequency can be displayed in real time. The size of the loading force and test frequency can be set directly in the control software.

(3) The rotary action is driven by a servo motor, with high stability of the action frequency, accurate accuracy and wide adjustable range. Loading frequency 0-1Hz. Rotating test Angle: 0 ~ ±40° Test frequency and Angle can be set directly in the control software.

(4) The oscillating action is driven by servo motor, with high stability of action frequency, accurate accuracy and wide adjustable range. Loading frequency 0-2Hz. Swing test Angle: 0 ~ ±40°, test frequency and Angle can be set directly in the control software.

2. Environmental control system:

The temperature control range of the environmental test simulation chamber is -40℃----+120℃, and the rising and cooling speed is 1℃/Min at -40℃----+120℃. The test temperature and time are set and controlled by an independent instrument, and the temperature control is automatically turned by PID system. The fatigue test of the same host does not interfere with each other to ensure the stability of each test.

3, mud test control system:

Spray system: an independent mud-water mixing system is used to ensure the uniformity of the test mud-water. The sprinkler pump and motor are integrated, durable and maintenance-free.
