1.Detailed Description:
G1WY liquid filling machine can be used to fill liquid, cream, paste products. Such as water, edible oil, shampoo, detergent, hand sanitizer, laundry liquid, essential oils, essence and so on. Self-priming material, a high degree of automation. Can be matching whether the need for hoppers, tables and so on. Can be ordered single head, double head.
2.Features:
1. Filling volume adjustable. For different viscosity materials, you can adjust the suction speed to obtain the best self-absorption effect.
2. Filling speed can be adjusted according to the operator's proficiency. (For poor mobility products, you can slow down the self-priming speed. Good liquidity products, low-dose filling, you can lower the filling speed to avoid splashing).
3. Filling head angle, adjustable height to meet the different specifications of the bottle.
The connecting part adopts the hoop design, which is convenient for maintenance and cleaning.
4. High degree of automation, in the automatic light installed state, the operator simply put the bottle under the filling mouth, the machine automatically filling. After the filling is finished, remove the bottle for another empty bottle.
