1. Brief instruction
This barrel weighing liquid filling machine is suitable for all kinds of liquid weighing 0.5- 30 kg or 15-100 kg, especially for sticky and non sticky, corrosive and non corrosive liquid medium or large size barrel filling, such as water-based paint, laundry detergent, liquid detergent, food additives, pure water, etc. So it’s Widely used in food, oil, paint, latex paint, construction paint and other chemical fields.
2. Opetation steps
1.connect the store tank discharging mouth with feeding inlet of the filling machine (this machine is equipped with metal hose and clamp)
2.insert the trachea of air compressor into the tracheal joint of the machine
3. connect power 220 v
4. set the filling weight according to the operating instructions
NOTES:
1. The size of standard filling head is 1 inch, suitable for 0.5-30 kg a barrel , if you want to fill more than 15 kg large-sized barrel, just need to replace a bigger filling head to increase the filling speed,. If the barrel mouth is not big enough, there is always appropriate conversion connector to match.
2. The capping machine is an important part of the production ensure the lid is flat and tight. The heavy barrel locates directly under the pressure plate , after positioning, pedaled the gland foot switch to cap the barrel.
