2. Working Principles
The vertical high-speed mixer consist of bottom feeding blade and the top breaking blade. The feeding blade will send up the material at the bottom along the wall continuously. High-speed breaking blade will broke the material completely, making the circulation swirl, to achieve the purpose of mix material evenly in a relatively short period of time. when feeding, all the raw materials and water are added together, then cover and set the mixing time. When releasing the materials, as long as pulling out the board and pointing it is OK. It is an efficient mixing machine integrated the advanced technology at home and abroad solving the problems of powder material is difficult to mix with the exnt mixing effect, which is other mixing equipment cannot achieve.
