Product Description of D-limonene:
Dipentene, also called Limonene, which is a colourless liquid hydrocarbon classified as a cyclic terpene.
The more common D isomer possesses a strong smell of oranges.
Suggested Application of D-limonene:
1)Dipentene is used in chemical synthesis as a precursor to carvone and as a renewably based solvent in cleaning products.
2)Dipentine is used as a perfumery composition for soaps, personal care products and cosmetics.
3)Dipentene is used as an intermediate for terpene resins, carvone, terylene, and rubber chemicals.
4)Dipentine is used as an oils dispersant, metal dryer.
5)Dipentine is used as a substitute for chlorinated solvents in degreasing metals for cleaning in the electronic industry and the printing industry while
it can also be used as starting material for the synthesis of terpene resin. al-Limonene has been used as a gallstone solubilizer in rmaceutical industry.
