Natural Cinnamon Oil(Cassia Oil) is a strongly scented oil distilled from the cinnamon twigs and leaves,a new cinnamon product that has not been developed until the end of the 16th century.
It is a slightly yellowish or yellowish-brown clear fluid with wide application scope and extremely high-added values.Its major ingredient include the cinnamyl aldehyde and few cinnamic acid.
>Form: It is anything from medium viscosity to watery fluid. >Scent: It carries a warm, spicy, clove-like whiff in it. >Shade and Appearance: Depending on the extraction variables and environment, it displays either of the Yellow or Brown shades. >Chemical constituents: Its chief chemical constituents of the essential oil, obtained from the bark, are Eugenol, Eugenol-Acetate, Cinnamic-Aldehyde and Benzyl-Benzoate. >Extraction method: This oil is extracted via steam-distillation of the leaves of Cinnamomum zeylanicum tree. >Gels well with: The Cinnamon leaf oil loves to party with Benzoin and Bergamot, Cardamom, Clove, Frankincense, Ginger, Grapefruit, Lemon, Mandarin, Marjoram, Nutmeg, Orange, Peppermint, Peru Balsam, Petitgrain, Rose, Vanilla, Ylang Ylang oils. >What’s so special in it?: The Cinnamon leaf oil is armored with antibacterial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, anti-septic and anti-spasmodic properties besides being a rich analgesic, carminative, stimulant, stomachic and insecticidal.
