Drilling Bentonite having the characteristic of high viscosity, high thixotropy, high Yield point and high filter cake has the advantages of:

• Fast & easy mixing
• Convey the drill cuttings to the surface.
• Through its high lubricity, it performs as a good lubrication & cooling for the drilling tools while protecting them against corrosion.
• Seal the borehole walls & build an impenetrable filter cake on the wall of the drill hole.
• Keep formation fluids & gas from penetrating into the drilling mud

API-13A- Section 9 (API Grade Drilling Bentonite)

Bentonite API Grade is used to increase viscosity and reduce fluid‐loss in water‐base drilling fluids. It is a cost‐effective means of achieving viscosity, fluid‐loss control and filter‐cake quality in freshwater and seawater muds.

API-13 A Section 11 B (OCMA Bentonite)

OCMA Bentonite is easy to recycle and can be reused several times. It therefore has an exnt return.
