High Rigidity Structure

The machine base, column and crossrail are manufactured from high grade castings, coupled with box type structure design. They have

received a full heat treatment and a full stress- relieved process. These design and manufacturing processes give the best rigidity and

ensure the best machining accuracy. The design of the double column has a large span enhancing the stability of the crossrail, machining

accuracy is guaranteed. The rigid table design uses LRU rigid roller and SRN ys, heavy work piece components can be machined

whilst still maintaining the fast table inertia.
