The hydrocyclone is a heavy-duty two-product designed for enriching coals in heavy environments. The device has a cylinder-conic form, it is supplied with a tangential feed nozzle, a sand nozzle and a discharge cup located on one axis. The tangential input of the starting material in a mixture with a heavy medium ensures effective separation of the coal into two final products: concentrate and waste. As a separation medium, magnetite suspension is usually used. The hydrocyclones are h a wear-resistant coating: all working surfaces are protected with parts made of monolithic polycrystalcon carbide. This design ensures long-term operation of the hydrocyclone without repair, while maintaining the basic parameters and geometric shapes of the apparatus.
