High Impact Fiberglass Corrugated Roof Tile
1st Layer - PMMA material, which is anti-UV, protecting roof sheet from the sunshine damage.
2nd & 4th Layers - UPVC/PVC roofing material, anti-corrosion, heat & sound & water proof.
3rd Layer - Fiber Glass Mesh, which works as the bone of roof sheet and is of great assitance to hold the shape, even when the temperature is hot and the distance of the truss is large.

Glass Fiber Mesh
Glass Fiber Mesh makes the roof sheet much stronger than normal UPVC/PVC products.
Test shows that 1 kg steel ball falls down on the tile from 2 meters height, causing no crack on the surface.
With a layer of glass fiber in the middle, serving as the bone, the roof won't collapse even with a large purlin distance.
For regular UPVC/PVC roof sheet, expansion will be caused by heat, while contraction will be caused by cold. However, thanks to the glass fiber layer in the middle, this problem will be greatly solved, keeping the shape well.
