Introduce

Laminating without bubble operation step

6. Clean the lcd ,tear off oca protective film fast with by sticker,then put it on lcd gently,then use first finger click the middle screen.

7. put it on tray in order,then put the tray in laminating tank,close the door.

8. Chlick ‘Start ’ button , Use one hand press the door until it be sucking .

9. when Vacuum Gauge arrive Default Values ,the laminating plate will press down .

10 . Once the set time is reached, vacuum door will open automatically , take out screen.

Fast laminating operation steps

1. Laminating time set to 20S,laminating pressure to 0.4MPa.

Bubble remove operation step

1. Click exhaust button,open the bubble removor tank door after exhaust finished .

2. Put the screen into bubble removor tank.

3. Click "return "button,chlik "setting" -"buble remove setting".set the buble remove time 10-20M,bubble remove temp 40?.

4. click "confirm" -"return ",start remove bubble after returned first page .

5. After reached the set time, bubble machine auto exhaust,open the bubble removor tank door after exhaust finished .take out the screen.
