| WHAT IS SUKAPEC? |
SUKAPec is a pectinase-based product obtained by fermentation of a mix of sugar and pectin sources. SUKAPec with other enzymes such as lase, are widely used in juice purification, juice and beer clarification and modification of the fruit wine industry. SUKAPec is also used in the enzyme mixes for the production of animal feeds. There is a reduction of feed viscosity, which increases absorption of nutrients in animals given adequate pectinase enzyme supplement in their diet. SUKAPec is also used in wastewater treatment from fruit packing and fruit juice industries where waste consist of huge quantities pf pectin-rich organic matter. SUKAPec is available as: SUKAPec PW 10 (with enzyme activity 10,000 U/g). Unit Definition: The amount of enzyme needed to liberate 1µg of glucose in one minute. |

| Optimal Range: 2.5 to 5.0 Optimum Temperature Range: Optimum temperature range is 30°C to 55°C (or 86°F to 131°F). |
| APPLICATION & DOSAGE: |
Feed Additive: For use as a feed additive, SUKAPec can be mixed to the feeds at a recommended rate of 0.05 to 0.1% by weight of feed. For Wine, Fruit and Fruit Juice Industries: Conditions and material for these applications may vary widely from company to company due to diverse methods involved in production. |
| STORAGE & SHELF LIFE: |
Store SUKAPec in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight. SUKAPec maintains its enzymatic activity for considerably longer time when stored at lower temperatures (below 25°C) but the product should not be frozen. Shelf life is guaranteed for 2 years. Keep this product out of reach of children. |

| HANDLING: |
| SUKAPec is not biodegradable. However, unnecessary with the product should be avoided and long term exposure to protein based products such as SUKAPec should be avoided particularly for individuals who exhibit reaction to it. Avoid ingestion or direct inhalation of the powder. Always wash hands with warm soapy water after handling. |
