Procedure:

1. Seller send signed FCO to buyer.

2. Buyer Sign and seal this FCO.

3. The Buyer comes or send his representative to Lubumbashi/DR Congo to meet the seller and sically inspect the goods, both parties exchange the KYC document. Further process will start once both parties KYC Documents is satisfied.

4. A leading Inspection Company will be appointed for testing, verification and certification .

5. Buyer handle the commodity by paying logistics to move the good from D.R.Congo to buyer’s port (China port).NOTE: the buyer will pay the documentation charges directly to all government department and insurance authority. Nothing will be paid to seller or seller’s agent under any circumstance. The logistics paid upfront by the buyer which covers transportation and documentation goes to 10% of the total value, This amount is to be deducted on final payment.

6. After reception of Goods in China’s port ,the quality and quantity of the goods will be confirmed and certified by SGS/CCIC or equivalent at the port of destination.

7. Once the goods have been confirmed by buyer and loaded into the vessel or kept under buyer’s warehouse, the buyer will issue the payment to the nominated bank account of the seller in 72 hours maximum. Payment Methods T/T or MT103. 8. A commission fee of 3% will be paid to facilitators by both parties after final payment. 9. After this trial shipment, the seller agrees to be supplying to the buyer 10.000 MT/month based on LME price -30%.
