Certain Sellers review their prices on a quarterly or monthly basis (ie for Hartalega Coats & Paloma) but most of them review their prices on a weekly basis for the brands that are sought after and especially where demand is higher than supply. Therefore, we normally work on a timely manner by updating our prices on every Monday or Tuesday depending on updates received so our updates are accurate as possible.Â

Our sellers do not hold stocks for us because it is on first come first serve basis & priorities are given to Buyers who can provide the completed documents & follow their SOP's.

In addition, few sellers do not require any proof of fund (POF) ahead as they want Buyers to see their offers and SPA first. Only after both parties agreed, then POF and Proof of products are done via bank thru Swift code MT 799 or MT199.Â

However, many sellers still requested NCNDA, LOI and POF as Pre - Qualification to do due diligence on Buyers before any transaction is done.
