We are seeking motivated, and proactive candidates to join our Commercial team as a Business Development Representative. This role reports directly to the group Director whilst still working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations teams. This role will encompass all aspects of the sales process; outbound lead generation, relationship building, onboarding, and ongoing account management and client service. The candidate will work with the Sales team to prospect for and build relationships with prospective and existing clients across all target verticals.

High Net Worth Individuals
Mid-Market Multinationals
Global Family offices
Wealth Managers
What are some of the responsibilities of this role?
To be the point of and qualify all leads received via the groups marketing and PR efforts
Develop and maintain relationships with inbound and outbound prospects in relevant verticals and moving leads from prospect to active client
Understand the needs of clients at every stage of their development stage
General sales admin such as keeping CRM up to date, updating the Group Director on the progress.
Be actively involved with industry news, conferences, and events and thus being a credible ambassador for the business in all dealing with clients
Manage incoming payments and commission received from clients.

Qualifications and experience
