A.Brief Introduction
1.This brush type washing and peeling machine is suitable for washing and peeling(or only washing) root vegetables such as carrot, potato, sweet potato, radish and ginger etc. It adopts the rotating brush with high pressure spray to achieved good cleaning effect and can thoroughly clean the fruits and vegetables.
2.This machine is made of 304 stainless steel and mainly composed by motor, gear box and brushes, suitable for various washing capacity.
3.The output is 500-2500kgs/h.
4.This machine is coming with imported high quality nylon elasticity,
acid-proof alkali and thermostability.Both hard type with peeling function and soft type only washing brush are available.
5.With high pressure spraying pipe and cleaning nozzles to assure the best washing
effect and high capacity.
6.It uses attrition brush to peel off the deeper skin of vegetables and fruits,and the peeled material's surface is very smooth.
7.While the vegetables and fruits are rotating,the high pressure spraying water could clean all parts throughly.
8.Washed by the high pressure water,the dust attached on the surface of vegetables can be cleaned throughly,and vegetables skin can be peeled by the roller and attrition.
9.The machine can clean and peel continuously,save water,easy to operate and long using life.
