The process Of Tawashi Brush

We use dried bristle fibre to give best quality brushes. Brushes can be obtained in different sizes and colours. Basic brush manufacturing procedure is given below step by step.

STEP 1

• Bristle fibre portions and galvanized iron into small pieces according to size of brushes.

STEP 2

• Then the bundle of brush is twisted through galvanized manually operated machine.

STEP 3

• Mess coir portions are trimmed using trimming machine which consumes electricity.

STEP 4

• Trimmed brushes are manually bend and locked.

STEP 5

• Finished brushes are dried under the sunlight.

STEP 6

• Those brushes are arranged in cardboard boxes and labelled.
