Description
Acrylic impact modifier is made from acrylate monomer by emulsion polymerization.
It shows typical core-shell structure.The “core†is moderate cross-linked butyl acrylate(BA).
The “shell†is methyl methacrylate which has exnt compatibility with PVC resin.
The “shell†can absorb and disperse the energy added to PVC rigid product caused by impact.
It is especially suitable for outdoor rigid and semi-rigid PVC product and those products which have high request on impact and weatherability.
It is amorus white flowing powder.
It can not be dissolved in ketone and trichloromethan, water and alcohol.
Application
To be used in window profile,pipe,pipe-fittings,boards,etc.
