The ATR-250 rubber processing plant has small installation dimensions, minimal power consumption, and 3-4 working staff are enough for the ork properly.

The productivity of the equipment is up to 660 lb (300 kg) of rubber for incoming raw materials and up to 550 lb (250 kg) for the output of finished rubber crumbs per hour. The productivity of the machine can increase or decrease depending on the quality of the incoming raw materials, the health of staff and other factors. The average power consumption of the installation is 60 - 80 kW per hour.

Principle of operation of the ATR-250 crumb tire processing n>

1) At the first stage, the tire undergoes a detailed inspection for the absence of spikes and other able for processing.

2) At the second stage, truck tires are cut into small parts, approximately 12in x 12in (30cm x 30cm) passenger car tires processed whole.

3) After cutting, the resulting parts are loading through the conveyor belt to the shredder, for grinding into a smaller chip, the bead metal inclusions are removed from the rubber.

4) The processed material is loaded into a rotary crusher for grinding to the final fraction, with an additional step of cleaning metal cord.

5) The material brought to the final fraction passes through a separation system to remove textile cord from its composition, with another step of separating the metal cord.

6) After final cleaning, the material is loaded to a fractional vibrating screen, on which sorting of rubber crumbs into fractions takes place.
