XPE forming sheet production process:<br /><br />Extruder:for mix extrusion structure,for the reason of raw material,have high precision requirement to screw temperature ,water ring heating ,extruder barrel and screw material common use 38CrMoAla high alloy steel stainless.screw core through cooling water or oil.assemble high precision temperature equipment.<br /><br />Press sheet: use three vertical calender forming ,three roller for mirror parallel roller,inner assemble high precision constant temperature system.6m cooling tractor platform.<br /><br />XPE Chinese full name is :crosslinking polyethylene foamed sheet is a kind of plastic that have widely application and superior performance .product for LDPE main material.through DCP cross-linking agent bridge,adopt AC foam new material .in product processing may add other material achieve modification effect.<br /><br />Different type or rotors can satisfy the mixing technical requirement.<br /><br />Rotor chamber ,discharge chamber and ram are TCU,it can guarantee the quality of mixed rubber compound<br /><br />Touch surface of rotor ,chamber,discharge door,ram and other ng parts with mixing rubber are planted with chrome or wear-resistant hard metal<br /><br />Various driving system match the customers’ requirement.<br /><br />Control system is adopted with PLC system.
