APPLICATION
Grate electrode are used primarily in electric arc furnace steel manufacturing. It can provide high levels of electrical conductivity and capability of sustaining the extremely high levels of generated heat, and also used in the refinement of steel and similar smelting processes.

PACKAGE
The electrodes are packed in wooden boxes and wooden frame bottoms, and the joint holes are protected by a foam cover and bundled with a packing steel strip.
The electrode joints are packed in cartons, foam boxes or packed in large wooden boxes and bundled with baled steel strips. When more than two electrode joints are installed in the same carton, the joints are separated by corrugated paper or foam plastic sheets.
When the electrode and the joint are integrally connected, the electrode joint hole and the joint are packaged with a foam cover, and then wrapped in a wooden box and a wooden frame, andBundled with baled steel strips.
