Materials & Reagents Required But Not Included Wintop Matrigengel Primary Tissue Storage Solution Cancer Organoid Basal Medium Tumor Tissue Digestion Solution Red Blood Lysis Solution Anti-Adherence Rinsing Kit Organoid Cryopreservation Medium（Serum Free） DPBS (1X), liquid, contains no calcium or magnesium Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS) Preparation of Lung Squamous Carcinoma Complete MediumUse a sterile technique to prepare the lung squamous carcinoma organoid complete medium. The following exampleis for preparing 10mL complete medium. If preparing other volumes, adjust accordingly. 1. Thaw Lung Squamous Carcinoma Organoid Supplement B(50x) and Lung Squamous Carcinoma OrganoidSupplement C(250x) on ice. Mix thoroughly.
