Industrial Commercial Air Cooled Screw Water Chiller
BRIEF DESCRIPTIONIndustrial Screw Type Water Chiller Unit has a wide cooliapacity range from 90KW to 3460KW. This series unit adopt 5:6 Asymmetric Semi-closed Twin Screw Compressor, High-efficiency Shell & Tube Dry Type Evaporator, High Efficiency Internal Thread Copper Tube Fin Type Condenser etc. Industrial grade design with built-in multiple security protections, high efficiency, low failure rate, low noise, anti-vibration, high precision temperature control.Air-cooled type unit can work independently without cooling tower, suitable for water shortage areas, but water-cooled type has a better cooling performance with low energy consumption. The cooling medium for this series could be water, glycol solution or salt solution, supply chilled water through refrigerating cycle for air-conditioning or other industrial equipment. Our chiller unit obtain pretty appearance, reasonable layout and convenient for using &maintenance etc.

The parameters in above tables are determined based on following working condition:
1- Chilled water inlet/ outlet temperature is 12°C/ 7°C; ambient temperature is 35°C.
2- Hot water inlet/outlet temperature is 40°C / 45°C; Ambient dry bulb temperature is 7°C, wet bulb temperature is 6°C;
3- The designed pressure resistance in the water side of evaporator is 1.0MPa.
4- Under nominal conditions, the fouling factor is: 0.018m2â¢Â°C/KW in the water side of evaporator;
5- Input Power: Allowable fluctuate voltage: ±5%; allowable voltage difference in se: ±2%.
6- Please notify us if you have special requirements for the outlet water pressure.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE
1. Technical documents
All labels on machines and lay-out drawings, Electrical diagram, User Manual, will be in English. COOLINGFUN should send all necessary files to the buyer since the
third week since project execution. All documents in hard copies should be also shipped with machines together.
2. Arrangement for inspection, installation and testing work
a. After all equipment & material are delivered to userâs factory; user is responsible for all preparation work, e.g. electricity supply, water supply, labors and cranes, etc.
b. COOLINGFUN will prepare for visa application for their technician, who are responsible for guide of equipment installation and testing work at userâs factory.
c. The buyer will buy the round-trip air ticket for technician if visa application is approved. The buyer is also responsible to bear expenses generated, e.g. visa formalities,
meals, accommodation, accident insurance and allowance of US$120 per day for each technician. The buyer should prepay at least 10-days daily fees for technician
before they start off. The buyer should prepare one translator knowing Chinese for communication with our technician.
d. Technician will give free training lessons to labors in userâs factory.
3. Quantity and quality guarantee
a. Quantity/Quality Discrepancy to destination port during transportation. In case of quality/quantity discrepancy to destination port in transportation, buyer should file
claim within 30 days after the arrival of the goods at port of destination.
b. Guarantee period: 15 months since manufactured date.
During this guarantee period, COOLINGFUN will provide spare parts without any charges in case of quality discrepancy caused by quality defect. If the malfunctions
are caused by user incorrect operations or any other irresistible factors (e.g. wars, natural disasters etc.), COOLINGFUN will provide the buyer spare parts at cost price.
c. Long-term service: COOLINGFUN will charge the buyer cost price of spare parts beyond one year and provide long-term technical guidance.
