Coinbase Support (+1) span>It seems unacceptable to lock people's accounts, and have weeks or months in which it's not resolved due to not being to have someone you and fix it. On top of this, the exchange shuts down every time there's large momentum in the market. Coinbase seems to be absolutely horrible when it comes to customer service or catering to retail. I love the platform, but these issues concern me enough to stray away from it. Does coinbase plan to have an active and actually work on customer service issues once they receive public funding?
