To handle electrical stresses, transformer oils are required to have better dielectric strength. Lower residual water, gas and contamination content must be maintained to reduce the speed of oil ageing. All of these operations are performed using the ZYD Series transformer oil treatment equipment. Vacuum dehydration, degreasing and solid particle filtration are function of ZYD transformer insulating oil filtration equipment.
ZYD series double-stage powerful vacuum used transformer oil regeneration plant is applied for heating, filtering, drying and degassing of contaminated insulating oil used in transformers, mutual inductors, circuit breakers and switches. It is specially suitable for on-site installation, maintenance and purifying high level new oil, or running oil from big power transmission and distribution equipment and transformers on national main power transformation grid, which is above 110-750KV.
The unit can carry out oil treatment, vacuum oil injection and cyclic hot oil drying in the installation and maintenance of transformers. It also can be mobile, 4 wheel mounted type and configured into double-stage high-vacuum oil filters to meet the greater needs for oil treatment. With our special regeneration unit, it can change black color to original color and recover other oil properties.
