Detailed Description
DC EVSE for EV is basically irreplaceable facilities as the large-scale industrialization of EV. In accordance with the requirements of EV with new energy, promoting the construction of basic facilities of EV with new energy, CAMAï¼Luoyangï¼Electronics Co.ï¼Ltd. has independently developed a series of overall automatically intelligent supply equipment. KMCS-60-750-A3 DC EVSE applies AC input in accordance with Three-se-Five-c Control System, designed based on the relevant standards of <GB/T 20234.3-2011 Connecting device for conductive charging of electric vehicle: Part3 a direct current charging interface> and <GB/T 18487.3-2001 Electric vehicle charging system of AC electric vehicle charger> , the communication protocol is base on <GB/T27930-2011 Communication protocol between non vehicle transmission charger and battery management system for electric car>.
Please read carefully the operating instructions in order to correctly use KMCS-60-750-A3 DC EVSE and timely resolve problems in case of malfunction.
The operating instructions are applied for KMCS-60-750-A3 DC EVSE, and the relevant contents will renew as the updating of control software and display interface.
DC EVSE is designed to charging for Li-ion power battery, it can output energy no more than the power rating while keeping the higher output volt and the accuracy current. The display is the most important man-machine conversation interface of the DC EVSE, the main function of display is to show the stat of charging and batteries and errors when DC EVSE is working. Before charging , you can set parameter of volt and current and charging mode through it, it also used to manage authority of parameter.
l Disassembling any parts of the DC EVSE without authorization is strictly prohibited.
l Run under dry and ventilated conditions, stay away from wet environment, stay away from flammable and combustible goods.
l Please confirm the charging finished before disconnect the DC EVSE and electric vehicle.
l Please cut off the AC power supply under the unsupervised or long-term unused situation.
l The DC EVSE canât be covered in charging, and should run the ambient temperature below 40 degrees.
l The period between the twice power-on canât be less than 10 seconds (cut off the input power supply).
l Operating environmental temperature is among -20âï½50â, average temperature is â¤35â for 24 hours, E2 series environmental temperature is among -30ï½55â;
l Operating environmental humidity (RH) is among 5%ï½95%;
l Atmosric pressure is among 80kPaï½110kPa;
l Vertical degrees of installation is â¤5%;
l Severity level of shake and shock is â¤â level, density of external magnetic flux in any directions is â¤1.5mT;
l Keep clean from dangerous explosives on site, medium nearby cannot include corroded metal, harmful gas destroying insulation and conducting medium, no steam and severe mycete;
l Avoid from direct sunlight, set up sunshade outdoors;

â Alternative output for double guns: insert the two guns to two electric vehicles at the same time and the charger can begin to charge automatically according to demand. Charging will automatically switch to the other vehicle after one is fully charged and only one can be charged at one time;
â¡ Simultaneous output for double guns: insert the two guns to two electric vehicles at the same time and the charger will automatically and equally divide power to the guns to support the simultaneous charging of two vehicles;
⢠Output by turns for four guns: insert the four guns to four electric vehicles at the same time and the charger can begin to charge automatically according to demand. Charging will automatically switch to the another vehicle after one is fully charged and only one can be charged at one time;
Prohibit inserting the two guns of the single DC charger to the same vehicle, otherwise the charger and the vehicle will be damaged!
[3]. Auxiliary supply:
â DC charger outputs DC 12 V auxiliary supply by default, which is compliant with GB/T 18487.1-2015. When used to charge BMS, it can supply power for the electric vehicle of DC 12 V grade;
â¡ Before the issue of GB/T 18487.1-2015, only electric vehicle and charger of 12 V and 24 V grades are on the market and these two types cannot be mixed. The DC charger of the Company, under the special requirement from customer, can supply DC 24 V or DC 12 V/DC 24 V double-switch auxiliary supply system!
Unless otherwise specified, the default auxiliary supply is DC 12 V. Therefore, please make sure to confirm the power supply type for the BMS of electric vehicle!
