As mentioned above, We are a consortium of mines in Bukavu /Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) which is specialized in Gold exploitation and export ( 99.99%) as well as uncut Diamonds, unrefined cobalt, copper and lithium. We're offering 500 >1000 kgs of placed on the market currently in the storage warehouse of Bukavu and therefore offer the following terms and conditions; 1. We don't take any upfront payments 2. We, as the Sellers, offer the guarantee for the Export tax payment and provide the Documentations. 3. We guarantee the delivery of the products to a reputable warehouse in Kenya, However, all charges pertaining to export of goods from Kenya to the Buyer’s final destination shall be borne by the Buyer and take not that all expenses made by the Buyer shall be deducted before the final payment. 4. In Kenya, the taxable value will e calculated based on a standard set out by the Kenyan Government thus, the Export Documents will be transferred to the name and details of the Buyer who thus becomes the CONSIGNEE. We also bring to your attention that the Democratic Republic of the Congo/DRC, still being in a situation of political and security instability, do not guarantee a good effectiveness of our sales and export market, so for reasons of traceability, our goods are moved to Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya where all the legal facilities can be efficiently provided, the Republic of Kenya itself being part of the East Africa community (AEC) of which the DRC is also a member.
