Application:
1. Curing agent or hardener for epoxy resins: MHHPA is heating anhydride curing agent, it is widely used in electric and electronic industry by the process of impregnating, casting and sealing, such as casting outdoor insulator, LED, ignition coil, capacitor, transformer, motor and sport appliances. It has low melting point, low viscosity, long pot life, and the condensate has high performance of heat resistance and electrical properties.
2. Composite materials of epoxy s been widely used in high performance composite materials, along with fiber reinforced materials by process of spun casting, pultrusion, filament winding, such as pressure cylinder, pressure pipef clubs and fishing rod.
3. Adhesives: the cured product has similar refractive index to optical glass. it has little internal stress, high bond strength, antifade and anti-ageing. It is suitable for optical parts bonding of large area.
Advantage:
MHHPA is high performance heating anhydride curing agent, it has high purity, low color, low viscosity, low volatiles, long pot life, low freezing point and good stability. It will not change color after adding accelerator, and the epoxy condensate color is white. It has good heat resistance, especially under 150 deg C, and the epoxy condensate has good mechanical and electrical properties. The epoxy
condensate has good weather fastness and wet fastness.
Packing: 220kg iron drum or 1150kg IBC
Storage: Store in cool, dry and ventilated place, keep away from open flames or other potential ignition source, and should be protected from moisture, because it is easy to be crystallized when with the air moisture. In the winter season MTHPA can solidify, it can easily be remelted by simply heating.
Shelf life: 12 months
