Typical results

pUC19 was extracted from 3 mL overnight E.coli (DH5a) using columns made by comapy A, company T and Biocomma, and the elution volume was 80 μL. Meanwhile, extracted plasmid pUC19 from 10 mL overnight E.coli (DH5a) using Biocomma HP50, and the elution volume was 100 μL.
