Brief introduction

It is used for traction of luggage trailer in airport. It is pure electricity powered and high power and low energy consumption.

This pure electric traction vehicle has been independently developed by Season Free R&D team. The motor has core invention patent.

Main features of tractor

1. Safe and reliable braking with large torque, quiet noise and energy saving, comfortable and stable operation;

2. Built-in hydraulic wet brake, short braking distance, stable and reliable performance;

3. Full hydraulic steering bridge provides stable steering and braking performance, longitudinal steel plate spring suspension, high-strength steel plate vehicle structure;

4. Vehicle display screen intelligently connects battery management system with motor control system and vehicle control system, real-time monitoring of vehicle conditions, and rapid reflection of various functional information, such as

(1). Battery electrode reverse connection protection,

(2). Output drive short-circuit protection,

(3). Overheat protection,

(4). Warning and automatic shutdown settings

5. Providing protection for motor and electric control, with warning and protection functions for abnormal conditions such as motor over speed, over temperature, overload, short circuit, etc.

Main Performance of tractor:

★ Battery performance:

The battery box is equipped with fire-extinguishing system device;

★Charging and charging interface performance:

1. The charging pile can adjust the charging current to meet the different grid capacity or to realize the fast / slow charging requirements;

2. The charging voltage of the charging pile is able to reach 200 v-750 v;

3. When charging completed, it has self-protection function to prevent battery overcharge.

4. The charging interface can be customized according to clients’ requirements.

5. In addition to the automatic fire extinguishing device, the battery compartment is equipped with a secondary fire extinguishing device.

★Hitch:

1. The front and rear ends of the vehicle can be equipped with tow bar connection devices.

The front traction hitch is mainly used for pushing equipment. They push the small business aircraft directly with the luggage tractor to slide out of the parking space.

Set effective mechanism to prevent decoupling, set mechanical locking, and have two positions of hook for selection.

2. The tractor can be operated by worker inside the cab or outside.

3. A protection device can prevent the pin from moving up and down.

4. Micro switch and emergency shutdown switch are set at the rear of the tractor.

When the driver hangs heavy equipment at the rear of the car, he can operate the micro switch to control tractor to move forward or backward very slowly for about 10 cm, but he can't control the steering of the vehicle.

Display instruments and meters are installed in the cab, especially:

Battery meter

Fault code display function (including vehicle fault and battery fault display)

Low battery warning light and buzzer

System warning light (integrated monitoring)

Emergency shutdown switch

Emergency steering switch

★Emergency device:

Equipped with power-off protection device in case of circuit system sudden failure (such as electrical short circuit).

★Electrical system

1. Flame retardant cables.

2. All circuit meets the waterproof / corrosion grade of IP 55.

★ Safety protection system:

An emergency shutdown switch at the rear of the vehicle.
