Merits/Advantages
1 Exnt anti-blockage performance . As the rate with each other , it allows that each tly shake when the sieving machine works , so that the fillings on the screen can be easily removed and dropped off through each aperture by the good shaking principal, finally without remains left on the screen panel.
2 The highly efficient sieving performance , most can reach to 80% of sieving efficiency , some models can reach to almost 90%.
3 Great flip-flow performance , when it works together with vibrating sieving machine , the flip flow effect can be equal to that of flip-flow screen.
4 The open area is 30% higher than that of the traditional woven screen , which further improves the usage of screen area .
5 The obvious improvement of capacity and output , its capacity is 30% higher than that of the traditional one and 40% higher output compared to the traditional one .
