Description   The product is a bacterial amylase preparation derived from Bacillus licheniformis extract. It has good tolerance to high temperature, can be widely used in process of starch sugar (Glucose, fructose, maltose, dextrin etc) and monosodium glutamate , organic acid and gluconic acid salt series industry

Application Guide
1.Starch as raw material
The slurry density 10-20 Baume scale . 5.6-5.8 , the dosage of this enzyme is 150-500 ml /t dry basis (base on 40000 u/ml) . Steam injection emperature 108-110â. laminar flow 90 mins , make DE Value 5-20% liquefied solution
2.Dry smash starch raw material
The slurry density 10-20 Baume scale .5.8-6.2 . the dosage of this enzyme is 600-900 ml /t dry basis (base on 40000 u/ml) . Steam injection temperature 95-110â. laminar flow 90 mins.
3.Other industries
This enzyme show exnt low property on the alcohol, brewery, textile, dye and printing fermentation area. the lowest value up to 4.6 especially on alcohol industry. The dosage refer to the introduction of our High-Temperature AlAmy lase

Plastic drum is used in liquid type. plasticweave bag is used in solid type. This product isorganic biochemical substance, high temperature, I strong acid & strong alka cause inactivation of enzyme. So, avoid exposure to sunlight when being transported. Solid enzyme should avoid direct sunlight and rain. It should be kept in clean, cool and dry place.
