We supply shear blades with different profiles, such as rectangular, V shaped, circular, curved and section.Metallurgical blades are mainly made of H13, H13K, H3, 9CrSi,5CrW2Si,6CrW2Si,Cr12Mov, W18Cr4V,SKD61,SKD11,D2 and other high quality tool steels and alloy tool steels. It has the characteristics of high precision, sharp edge, impact resistance and wear-resistance, mainly used for shearing of continuous casting, continuous rolling and slab opening. The blades weigh from 5KG to 600 KG, up to 1.5 meters in diameter, 5.5 meters in length and IT4 class in machining precision.
