Induction melting furnace – induction coreless melting furnaces mean to melt metal and get cast iron and steel casting of the highest quality, also for founding high-hardness and stainless alloys, ferroalloys. ARRANGEMENT OF THE INDUCTION FURNACE

Induction melting furnace in their design features comprises of main unit that means for melting and associated equipment. Melting unit represents a skeleton, which consists of two fabricated housings as well as hydraulic rams and central part of the induction block. The water-cooled induction heating coil manufactures from the copper pipe. Electric power and water supply on a coil carry out through the flexible leads. Control and s of a furnace cooling system and capacitors are placed on a cooling-water control unit.
