This series of products is a new generation of polycarboxylic acid compound water-reducing agent specially developed by our company for low silica fume or no silica fume castable system. The products meet the technical requirements of this kind of castable for high water-reducing rate and anti-laceration. Advanced polymerization synthesis technology and spray drying technology are adopted in the manufacture of the products to ensure that the reaction of each component is uniform and the activation is complete, thus ensuring good quality stability.
Scope of application
Suitable for pure corundum castable system with low or no silica fume, corundum spinel castable system, aluminum-magnesium castable system, corundum mullite system, etc.
Property
1. The water reduction rate is higher (≥25%), and the mixing water demand is more than 1% lower than the common trimerization and hexagon.
2. The low bleeding rate (≤90%) solves the common bleeding segregation problem of high purity system and improves the microstructure.
3. The construction time and demoulding time of castable can be flexibly adjusted by using different products of this series or compound use.
4. Improve durability: this product has a high water reduction rate. On the premise of guaranteeing construction quality, it can significantly reduce water consumption, reduce shrinkage and creep after molding hardening, and reduce shrinkage and cracking in the later stage.
5. High solubility: this product is added to the water and can be dispersed in the water without stirring.

Safety and precautions
1. It is recommended to add dry materials and mix with water for more than 4 minutes to achieve the best water-reducing dispersion effect.
2. The product is safe, non-rrosive and environmentally friendly without pollution.
3. Labor protection should be done in the process of transportation, handling and use. When with skin and eyes, rinse with plenty of water.
4.The product is packed in 20kg double-layer moisture-proof bag or cardboard barrel and stored in a dry and ventilated room. The shelf life is two years without damaging the packaging. Please use it as soon as possible after opening to ensure the best effect.
