Asiazyme KE mainly composed of endonuclease, exonuclease and other components. It can hydrolyse feather keratin, decomposition of macromolecule proteins into required peptide, small peptide, amino acid products, to improve product yield , Solubility, flavor, taste. Storage
The product should be stored in a cool dry environment without exposure to direct sunlight. Shelf life is 12months from production date, can be extended in original package stored under 25℃.
