Horizontal Shaft Impact Crusher
The impact crushers series are modern economical, heavy duty reduction machines. Horizontal Shaft (HS) Impact Crusher are used for crushing hard rocks. They are employed for secondary crushing with feed sizes up to 35 cm and capacities from 80 to 300 T The H.S. series is equipped with a third impact anvil, which will increase the reduction ratio and the percentage of cubical shaped product. In addition the reduction ratio is variable through adjustment of the impact anvils and grinding path as well as the rotor speed. The design features, use of high wear resistant castings and utilization factor of the wear parts make this machine superior to any crusher of this type available today. Easy access and replacement time of wear parts assures minimum downtime and high availability. Only the rotor bearings require lubrication. The rear part of the crusher housing is hinged and can be supplied with mechanical or hydraulic opening.
The top anvil is made from manganese steel and the middle and bottom anvils are made from iron and covered with manganese shoes. HS Impact Crusher utilizes a heavy duty disk rotor that provides a large moment and uniform rotation, hence perfect feeding and material saving.
Hammers, anvils and protective parts are all made from manganese steel which provides high durability.
Impact Crusher are available in  HS-16,HS-14, HS-11,HS-10 and HS-7 types with an embedded tuning screw that adjusts the output between 0 to 6 mm. This type of Impact Crusher can also be used as sand maker at the beginning of crusher pan>

Advantages of Impact Crushers:
Heavier rotor compared to other devices which lowers energy consumption and also electrical current fluctuations in the device.
The Rotor incorporates Three until nine plates with thickness 80mm made from ST52 sheet.
The surfaces of all fittings of the rotor hammer are machined which facilitates welding in addition to balancing the rotor, thus preventing cracks and failure and increasing rotor durability.
The main shaft of the machine is made from MO40 forging steel.
SKF ball bearings are implemented in the device.
The device is equipped with rubber dampers in order to prevent vibration form being transferred to the chassis and foundation, and to protect ball bearings, thus extending their life.
All foleys are equipped with taper bushing which facilitates repairs and prevents corrosion and loosening of the foley pin.
The BODY of the device is fully coated with 50 mm of manganese steel.
The feed inlet opening is fully covered with 50mm manganese steel e feed inlet opening is equipped with a replaceable rubber curtain that prevents rocks from being thrown out of the machine.
The upper BODY of the device slides open leaving more space to the repair crew.
