AMS-90 Neutral Lining Material

AMS-9, a fused corundum-based aluminum-magnesium spinel dry vibration refractory material, is specifically designed for smelting of the working lining of the stainless steel, high alloy steel and carbon steel coreless induction furnaces. With the high purity raw material and special particle size distribution design, AMS-90 can be used to achieve the unshaped lining with a uniform density. The material has good thermal shock resistance and high temperature strength, with a certain loose layer during normal use

H2O ≤ 0.5%

Material density: 3.20g/cm3

Particle size: ≤ 6mm

Recommended usage temperature: 1,750℃

Construction method: Dry vibration or dry ramming

Storage: Stored in a dry place with measures against moisture absorption for no more than 6 months.
