Product overview:
The QY series electric submersible pump is manufactured as per GB/T 25409-2010 Small-size submersible motor-pumps. This pump uses cables that are at least 10 m long and mainly consists of a motor, a pump and mechanical seals. It features compact structure, light weight, easy movement, good bearing lubrication condition guaranteed by machine oil inside the inner cavity of the motor, superior motor radiation performance, greatly reduced temperature rise, low noise, long lifetime, easy operation and maintenance as well as high durability, safety and reliability. For the pump with a lift exceeding 80 m, the pressure relief check valve is provided to ensure safety in case of shutdown.
Product use:
With a flow of 6 ~ 500 m3/h and a lift of 3.5 ~ 165 m, this pump is widely used. As an electric pump is a kind of electric drainage and irrigation equipment widely used by farmers and industrial and mining enterprises, this pump is applicable to drainage and irrigation for agricultural shallow water surfaces, urban construction, industrial and mining water supply and discharge, paddy field drainage and irrigation, garden watering, water supply from water towers, well water lifting, waterscape fountain, flood control and drainage, etc.
Operating conditions:
1 The flow at the outlet of the electric pump shall not be greater than the rated value (i.e. the pump shall be used within the specified lift range);
2 The submergence depth shall not exceed 5 m, otherwise, it shall be stated when the order is placed;
3 The water temperature shall not exceed + 40 °C;
4 The valve shall be 5 ~ 9;
5 The volume ratio and particle size of solid impurities in water shall not be greater than 0.1% and 0.2mm respectively;
6 The power supply shall have a frequency of 50 Hz and a voltage of 380 V or 660 V. When the electric pump is in operation, the rated voltage indicated on the nameplate shall apply, with a fluctuation not exceeding ±10%.
