A. How can I make my own design? What is the process?Firstly, you can send us your design to check first. If there is no printing pattern, we can make it for you directly. If there is any printing patterns, we need you to send us the original file for the pattern. The file should be ai, psd, pdf or jpeg format with 300 dpi. Then we will make sample for you first to check our quality and the effect you want.
B. I have no design now, but I have my favorite style, can I ask for customization?Yes, we can also help you to customize your own design. You can send us the referenced tos for the style you want.
C. How does a sample making cost?We'd love to make sample for you to check the quality before any order is placed. One sample will cost you USD $50 and the shipping fee is USD $35 for less than 3 or 4 samples together. It will take a bout 10-15 days for the sample and three to five workdays for the shipping by DHL. The sampling fee will be returned as long as you can place an order more than 100 pcs each design each color.
D. What is your MOQ?Our MOQ is 100 pcs/sets including less than 3 different sizes.
E. What shipping way do you use?DHL, FedEx, EMS, UPS atc. If you have express account, please inform us. We can send you directly with your own courier.
F. How can I pay?We accept paypal for sample fee, and T/T, for order.
